Q. What methods of payment do you accept?
A. You may pay by personal check, cashier's check, money order, travelers check or cash.

NOTE: The Cashier's Office does not accept credit cards nor debit cards.  We do accept electronic payment for Student Account and ITCom through our website only.

Q. What type of identification do I need at the Cashier's Office.
A. The Cashier's Office requires two pieces of valid identification. One should be your U-M ID and the other should be your driver's license or passport. The Cashier's Office needs your UMID number for all transactions.

Q. Where is my student loan?
A. The Office of Financial Aid handles information about student loans.

Q. I just spent my own money for University purposes. How do I get a reimbursement?
A. If you bought something tangible for under $200, you may be able to get a petty cash reimbursement.
